The report documents the experiences and perceptions of citizens in seven communities regarding the state of healthcare service delivery with particular reference to sexual and reproductive health (SRH). The assessment was conducted using the community scorecard as the main rubric and mainly with female focus groups distinguished by age. For each community, two focus groups were constituted – one comprising adolescent girls between the ages of 15 and 19, and the other made up of distinctly older women of child-bearing age (35-49). These demand-side focus group discussions (FGDs) were complemented with supply-side interviews with staff of the respective local health facilities.
